We are selling digital goods and as such we can not offer refunds once the order is final and the product is sent. You accept responsibility to read & understand our policy, and the products that we offer.
Under exceptional circumstances we may offer refunds.
We will issue a refund for the following reasons:
Product is not as described in the photos / description
If you encounter an error in within the description or photos of the product please inform us directly here office@finishresume.com and we will deal with it immediately. To be eligible for a refund we will investigate and clarify your issue.
We will offer a refund if the product is not compatible with the softwares listed in the description, we aren not responsible for any third-party programs and do not offer support for programs other than those which are listed.
Technical defects
All of out products are tested and we are sure of what weβre selling, however if you encounter any technical issues please contact us at office@finishresume.com. If we cannot fix your issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Change of mind
Before you make a purchase please read the description of the product carefully and make sure this is the right product for you. Refunds are not eligible after the payment was processed.
You purchased a product by mistake
If you purchased a product by mistake we will not be liable to issue a refund. All of our products have detailed description, helping you choose the right resume for you.
Knowledge & Skill
If you lack the skill or understanding of how to use our templates, please contact us before making a purchase. Once the purchase is final we will not issue a refund afterwards for this reason.
The item is no longer available for download
If any of our products are removed from the store and no longer available for download, we will be able to send you a download link if you provide a receipt. We advise that you download the product immediately to avoid this issue.
No refund will be issued after 30 days of purchase date.
Once 30 days has expired from the date of purchase, we will not offer a refund.
If we find reason for your refund request cannot be proved, we reserve the right to refuse.
